Pet Policy

Pet Policy We welcome pets in our community and ask that all residents follow the guidelines below to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Pet Fees & Monthly Pet Rent • Non-Refundable Pet Fee o First Pet: $300 o Second Pet: $200 • Monthly Pet Rent o One Pet: $30 per month o Two Pets: $50 per month Pet Limit • Maximum of two (2) pets per apartment Pet Requirements • Cats and dogs are allowed • Pets must be at least one (1) year of age • Maximum weight limit of 50 pounds when fully grown • Photo and current veterinary records are required • Pet screening is required Pet Screening Requirement All applicants must complete Pet Screening as part of the application process. ~ Applicants must create a profile through the Pet Screening system even if they do not currently have a pet. Visiting Pets Visiting pets are not permitted. Any visiting pet found in an apartment will be treated as an unauthorized pet and will be subject to the non-refundable pet fees and applicable monthly pet rent for that month. Service Animals & Emotional Support Animals Legally documented Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals are permitted with proper documentation and are not subject to pet fees or pet rent. Pet Waste & Community Standards Pet owners are responsible for immediately picking up and properly disposing of their pet’s waste.
